Return Policy
Bermuda Styles will gladly accept returns or exchanges for all of our products provided they have not been worn or used. Please see below for more specific information. If an item was found to be defective, we will also gladly replace the item provided it can be shown to be defective under normal use and wear. It is our desire to work with our customers to solve any problems that may arise due to inevitable problems which arise at the mill.
Returns:
Bermuda Styles will accept the return of any unused product provided that the product was purchased directly from Bermuda Styles. Returns that were purchased from another outlet other than directly from Bermuda Styles, can be used for exchange on other items. Simply send the product back to Bermuda Styles and include a copy of the original invoice, packing slip or email notification of order and please include all relevant contact information. If you are having a refund issued to your credit card, please expect a delay of up to one full billing cycle for the refund to go through. You will see the refund under the name of www.2co.com or www.2checkout.com. If you have any questions regarding credit card refunds, feel free to call us or send an email to info@bermduastyles.com.
Exchanges:
We will accept any unused Bermuda Styles product for an exchange. Simply send your product back to Bermuda Styles at the address below and be sure to include a copy of the original invoice, packing slip or email notification of online order if you purchased the item directly from Bermuda Styles. If you purchased your item through one of our retailers, we will still accept the exchange. In this case, please include a copy of your original receipt. Please be sure to include the tags and the bag that came with the purchase of your product. We will work as quickly as possible to process your returns.
